This is a great bar post work-out. Ideal for me, I don’t eat a lot of meat and it’s difficult to consume my daily quota of protein. As far as taste, this one trumps about every other protein bar I’ve tried! Highly recommend this product.

These bars taste great, they taste a lot like a scotcharoo (peanut butter rice krispy bar w/ chocolate on top). They are a good source of protien, and are kind of filling.
