Ok I did not actually lose any weight while taking this but it was entirely my fault. I really did like this product and will order it again and put effort into it. It does put you in a great mood whether you are putting effort into dieting or not but I happen to have a ton of activities going on while I was taking this and I completely ate what I wanted anyway regardless of the fact I was not hungry. I do think with a little bit of effort on my end that this product could potentially be an awesome product. So yes I will order it again and put effort into it trying to lose weight because as bad as I hate to say it there is not pill out there that will just take the weight off for you without you trying a little bit.
