i didn’t feel anything different. maybe a small tingle in my belly, but thats it. nothing else. i dieted and exercise and lost the usual 2-3 lbs i was already losing. i don’t even know what this stuff is suppose to do! it kept talking about its size but not what its suppose to do. don’t spend your time on this one. save you $20 for something that works.

Like most of these things go these tiny things don’t do a thing! I wonder if theres anything in them. Nothing changed at all. My appetite didn’t change and I didn’t lose a pound. I didn’t even feel anything when I took them. Usually my heart will beat fast or something when I take these things but I got no symptoms what so ever that these were even doing anything. DOn’t waste your money!
