These pills do not work. I tried these pills for the course of the two bottles. After a week I began to realize that the pills were not even disolving and passed through whole. They don’t dissolve fast enough to possibly get the medicine/supplement into your system. Instructions say to drink a lot of water with the pill and the water is the only thing keeping you from over eating cause your stomach is full of water. This product is a waste of time and money. I wasn’t looking for a miracle. I did hope that it would be helpful to boost my fat loss.

Still haven’t seen any results. Not going to purchase again. Also read other articles about this pill and it is bascially just a fiber pill. Not worth the money
