Ok. If your thinking about buying Animal Pack think of this. You don’t need to take 2 packs a day. 1 is accually perfect. But if you take 2 be careful on Vitamin A OVERDOSE! Serious stuff. Also, if your lifting hardcore and want to see results plus not get as sore… Animal pack is what your needing. But don’t expect to take it and get monster guns instantly. Animal pack helps you train harder and longer. And like the other two reviews, they are hard to swollow. But they don’t taste bad at all so its not too big of a deal. And lastly, don’t fret when your pee turns bright yellow even when your drinking a lot. Its natural. Ok… now click buy.

the vitamin though big and kinda hard to swallow are of high quality…..after taking the vitamins your energy level boosts…and everything feels better. i have made great gains useing animal pak and 100% whey protein powder..i suggest that combo to anyone who is trying to put on lean muscle

After 6 months of taking animal pak multi-vitamins the results have been incredible.mainly to strengthen up for football season in the first 3 months of taking animal pak i gain 15lbs of muscule,as far as sprinting and endurance goes my speed increased. the wieght i was lifting at the gym increased as well.

this was by far the best decision i made as far as supplements goes, along witha reliable protein shake the results have been 100% positive.if your in any sport at any level high school football to college basketball and your looking to gian that extra edge animal pak is the way to go. true the pills themselfs are rather big but simply taking one at a time will quickly solve that problem.in the first week of taking them you want to drink as much water as possible no joke you’ll expeirence dizzyness if you dont drink enough water but accompanied by a good healthy diet you’ll experience muscle and strength gains like no other.

I’ve been into nutrition supplements since I met Emergen-C and FizzIt/Zip Fizz, and various multi-vitamins. Several members of my family are body builders and health nuts. My sister recommended this product to me.
First off, I got this for $45 at a local GNC store (with membership). I was surprised I could get the same stuff at Amazon, with subscription for $25…
I usually take just one pack a day with a very tall glass of water after breakfast. You definitely will want to take this with food and PLENTY of water. One thing you will notice after taking this, your body will want water and lots of it. Throughout the entire day I feel a noticeable rise in energy as if I had a really dark cup of coffee.
I recommend just one pack per day due to the insane percentage of vitamins and nutrients. One of the responses I get taking this stuff is that your body will pass most of this stuff through your system without absorbing it. This opinion is debatable from my research online. Through my own testing with an increase in Vitamin C intake: I haven’t been sick for 6+ months. I used to take sick leave on a monthly basis…
After a week of taking this supplement I noticed my energy levels were much higher and my workout results increased. Running several miles for a quick exercise is now easier than ever. I’m guessing each user’s results will differ.
4 stars because of the expense (you do get what you pay for!) and the insane number of big pills you have to swallow. If one has problems with swallowing big pills, get a pill crusher to mix in with a drink. Some of these pills are pretty big. I’ve never had a problem with swallowing pills so this is not an issue for me.
I recommend taking this early in the day after a big breakfast. Drink plenty of fluids! Also, unless you are working out for hours and hours, fitness trainers I know recommend just 1 pack per day.

I can actually feel a difference with these vitamins unlike others that I have tried before. And unlike other multi-pak vitamins, they don’t upset my stomach. They’re a little on the pricey side but well worth it in my opinion. You really do get what you pay for with this product.
